What is electronic communication?
Next, in conjunction with our registrars, is pleased to offer shareholders the option of receiving an email notification each time we publish new shareholder documents on our website.
Having supplied us with an email address, you will no longer receive copies of certain paper documents, such as the Annual Report and Accounts. Instead you will receive an e-mail containing links to our website, where electronic copies of the documents can be viewed or downloaded.
Choosing to receive your shareholder communications from the Company electronically will:
- reduce the Company's printing, paper and postage costs and, in turn, the environmental impact; and
- allow you to receive shareholder documentation quickly and without the risk of being lost in the post. Setting up a Shareview account will also allow you to view your Next shareholding and dividend history, and update changes in your address whenever you wish.

How do I sign up?
Our registrars, Equiniti, provide an internet based portfolio service called Shareview, which enables you to view details of your shareholding and also to indicate a preference for electronic communication. All you have to do is follow the link below and complete a simple registration form - Registration page.
If you have already registered with the registrars' Shareview facility, simply log in using your existing user ID. If you have forgotten your password, click here and follow the instructions to obtain a new one.
Receive hard copy communications
Our registrars, Equiniti, provide an internet based portfolio service called Shareview, which enables you to view details of your shareholding and also to indicate a preference for hard copy communication. All you have to do is follow the link below and complete a simple registration form – Registration page.

If you would like to request hard copy of a particular document please email us with your request.
