What is electronic communication?

Next, in conjunction with our registrars, is pleased to offer shareholders the option of receiving an email notification each time we publish new shareholder documents on our website.

Having supplied us with an email address, you will no longer receive copies of certain paper documents, such as the Annual Report and Accounts. Instead you will receive an e-mail containing links to our website, where electronic copies of the documents can be viewed or downloaded.

Choosing to receive your shareholder communications from the Company electronically will:

  • reduce the Company's printing, paper and postage costs and, in turn, the environmental impact; and
  • allow you to receive shareholder documentation quickly and without the risk of being lost in the post. Setting up a Shareview account will also allow you to view your Next shareholding and dividend history, and update changes in your address whenever you wish.
